Dig out your wellies folks because BTCV's award winning Green Gym is coming to town with a mission to transform Waltham Forest's Green Spaces, and get you fit and active at the same time, and all for FREE!

The Green Gym launched in 2011 at Coronation Gardens E10 5NF.

In 2012 we will be visiting many of Waltham Forest's best parks to improve biodiversity and opportunities for nature conservation. You can find all the upcoming Green Gym opportunities here

The Green Gym will now run every Tuesday and Friday and rotate around Waltham's Forest Parks and Green Spaces.

Green Gym Launches under Blue Skies

The Green Gym got off to a flying start with a big group coming out to join the first event at Coronation Gardens. This first task was to tidy-up the high profile beds at the mian park entrance which was completed thanks to a huge efffort on the day.
