The Conservation Volunteers connects people and green spaces to deliver lasting outcomes for both.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at the Hollybush Conservation Centre, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a variety of engaging horticultural and food-growing activities, as well as woodwork and nature-based crafts. You will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating project outcomes to help measure success, while working closely with the team to plan and deliver tailored activities that align with each participant's abilities. This position involves recruiting, training, and educating volunteers, ensuring they are fully equipped to assist participants. Safeguarding the health and wellbeing of all involved is a top priority, alongside monitoring the project's impact through daily task reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining and servicing project resources, including premises, IT equipment, tools, and materials. Effective communication with participants' families, supported living teams, and transport services is essential to ensure smooth coordination and support.
