At Hollybush Garden
The Menopause Meet Up, a group to enable mutual support, to try nature-based activities and explore natural strategies for managing this time of life. We do a nature-based activity using natural materials e.g. willow weaving, ivy baskets, flower balms, sleep mist, hapa zome, hair conditioners, nettle cordage, cooking on the fire. Described by some of attendees as their calm in the storm of both menopause and life!
