They spend too much time indoors, lacking exercise and the chance to connect to the natural world - and their mental and physical health suffers for it. So we are inviting families to join us for a day of outdoor play. There will be time to run around and play games, to have a go at pond dipping, to explore an exciting new area of the site and take part in a bug hunt. Join in, feel good - get active!
