The practical and creative techniques and skills learnt on this course will support your positive mental health and wellbeing <br>After the course you could enrol on other wood or nature wellbeing focussed courses and learn further mindful artistic skills and techniques. <br>This course is FREE if you are in receipt of certain income related benefits; work full-time (37.5hrs a week) and earn below £21,225; It is £37.50 for those over state pension age and in receipt of state pension. Otherwise contact us for course fees.
