Activity description

TCV's Green Gym is running at Wealden Crematorium, Horam, every Tuesday 10am -1pm. Various outdoor tasks, to improve health and the local environment, all based on the grounds of the crematorium. Tasks include general horticultural maintenance, and woodland maintenance. Minibus pickup locally by arrangement (eg. Hailsham, Herstmonceaux)

Meeting place

Minibus pick up from our Hastings office (11-15 Fearon Road, Blacklands Business Centre TN43 2EP) or from local spots on the way by arrangement, such as Herstmonceaux or Hailsham.

Site description

The crematorium is a modern building, surrounded by newly established formal planted gardens, grassland, newly planted areas of woodland, and ancient semi natural woodland, with several formal rights of way. br>It is owned and managed by Wealden district council.
