Activity description

We will be working with the Friends of St George's terrace Nature Garden to look after this little wildlife refuge gem. We strongly recommend that you wear sturdy boots with a good grip and clothing adapted to outdoors work and weather conditions on the day. The Green Gym is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each day starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down before and after a range of light to vigorous activities, designed to suit all abilities.

Meeting place

Exit Chalk Farm Tube Station and turn right on Adelaide Road, take first left onto bridge approach, continue over bridge along Regent's Park Road, take fourth road on your right onto St Georges Terrace (NW1 8XH)
