Activity description

TCV will be running two sessions focused on Reed bed management activites, maintaining and enhancing reed bed habitats to support biodiversity, improve water quality, and ensure their long-term ecological health. Participating in this session benefits participants by fostering hands-on practical skills, building valuable networks with like-minded community members, and contributing to the local community by improving and supporting healthier ecosystems in the local woodland.

Former pit-tip restored to mixed woodland and grassland with waterbodies including small seasonally wet scrape and watercourses running through it.
