Activity description
The sensory garden has become a bit neglected and needs some TLC. We'll be clearing out brambles and other weeds ready to plant the space up with new scented and sensory plants.
Meeting place
To travel with us on the minibus from Bedford, meet at The Cemetery Gatehouse, Foster Hill Road, at 9.15am. To meet on site, meet at the sensory garden on Tweed Drive (adjacent to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses) at 10.30am.

Site description
Sensory Garden area comprising a raised, circular central planting area which has been planted up in the past with a range of scented and sensory plants. A path surrounds the central planted area, and there is further planting beyond that of mature trees and shrubs. The site requires repairs to the planter as well as clearance and replanting as of 2025.
