Join us for an autumn exploration of our park and learn from nature about change and letting go. Craft a paper flower (... or a bouquet) in a mindful activity, and take your creation home to brighten the seasons to come. The event is open to women and girls aged 16 and over. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.
