Join in for a session creating new dead hedging and other nature conservation and habitat management activities. The Green Gym is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each session includes a range of activities, designed to suit all abilities. We provide hot drinks and other refreshments during the tea break.

The Regent's Park is a Royal Park, based in central London. It contains the largest grass area in the region for sports, and offers a wide variety of activites including the London Zoo, an Open Air Theatre and a Wildlife Garden.
