An activity with Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park Events
Activity date: Saturday 24th January 2026
Start time: 11:00
Finish time: 13:00
Join us for a creative session to celebrate the launch of our new wellbeing programme. If you’re 18 or over and interested in learning more about mental health, building practical wellbeing tools, and connecting with a supportive community, this club could be the perfect space for you. In January, we’ll be joined by local artist Jenny to decorate beautiful journals with vibrant mandala patterns. You’ll explore the symbolism of mandalas and discover how to use them as a mindful practice to support your wellbeing. Leave with a personally crafted journal—a thoughtful gift for yourself or a loved one—and a sense of calm and relaxation. This session is free, but booking is essential as only 12 spaces are available. To reserve your spot, email: Georgiana.irimia@tcv.org.uk Programme delivered by the Friends of Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park and funded by the London Community Foundation
Join us at the gatehouse of The Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park at 11:00 AM
