Woodland Management at Frodsham Substation

Activity description

TCV are visiting the land surrounding Frodsham Substation every Thursday (and some other days too) to look after the woodlands around the site. We will be cutting brash, brambles and small trees, building dead hedges, creating and maintaining pathways and much more! Jump in the van from Lime Street at 9:30 or meet at the site entrance at 10:20 for a full day of volunteering fun! We will provide all tools and equipment, you just need to dress appropriately and bring a packed lunch. Tea and biscuits are provided.

Meeting place

Pick up at Liverpool Lime Street Meeting near Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge/ Daniel Adamson boat- site entrance for Frodsham National Grid Substation. We will meet at the gate and enter the site together.
