Fleet Electrical Sub-Station, Rye Common Lane, Farnham, GU10 5RT. Land surrounding a National Grid substation to the south west of Fleet where we will be reinstating derelict hazel coppice, clearing an area for a wildflower meadow, and other activities to improve the biodiversity of the site. Directions: At the end of Rye Common Lane take the left fork and drive through the gates. Follow the road round a short way and then park on the right-hand side where there’s a gate and a small lay-by. If you get to buildings or an open area you’ve gone too far, just turn round and retrace your steps. You’ll see one of our TCV vehicles there when you arrive. Lifts may be available from Hartley Wintney or Odiham. Please contact me by e-mail: marianne.dolan@tcv.org.uk. Please let us know before attending each session (email is best). If you are new we will send you full details & a welfare form to fill in.
