An activity with Richmond Weekday Projects
Activity date: Thursday 19th February 2026
Start time: 10:00
Finish time: 16:00
TCV complete a variety of tasks onsite during our volunteer sessions, including vegetation/shrub clearance, litter picking or path maintenance. At the southern end of Richmond Cemetery lies the Richmond Old Burial Ground. Dating back to 1856, the cemetery is now a peaceful and relatively wild woodland around a Grade II listed chapel. This site is managed for biodiversity by Richmond Council.
We will meet at the gated entrance to Richmond Old Burial Ground, accessed via Lower Grove Road at 10am. Look out for the TCV van parked within the gates. What3words meeting point:///tubes.vase.toned
