An activity with North Essex Biodiversity Action Team (Midweek)
Activity date: Thursday 5th March 2026
Start time: 10:15
Finish time: 15:00
We're back at Westlands country park, to continue work on the woodland edges. Sunny glades are great for butterflies and other invertebrates. The arisings can be used for habitat piles and dead hedges, which are also valuable spaces for wildlife.
Meet at the entrance to Westlands country park on James Carter Road at 10.10 or get picked up at Britannia car park at 10.00. Let Michael know if you're coming.
