Activity description

Step into spring with the Urban Nature Wellbeing Club. Join our March session for a relaxing walk along the shores of the Thames, where we’ll guide you in calming your mind and supporting your wellbeing. With a bit of luck, by the end of the session we’ll have curated our own collection of small treasures found along the Thames—an inspiring way to connect with nature and encourage others to nurture their wellbeing. Be part of something meaningful and book your spot today. If you’re 18 or over and interested in learning more about mental health, building practical wellbeing tools, and connecting with a supportive community, this club could be the perfect space for you. This session is free, but booking is essential as only 12 spaces are available. What3words: ---cover.drain.prom br>Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is made up of four acres of freshwater habitat, made up of two lakes surrounded by marshland that supports a wide range of bird and insect species. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.

This session is for adults only (18+). Please come prepared for the weather, as this session will take place entirely outdoors. We have a Plan B in place for severe weather. Should this be required, we will contact you in advance with further details.
