An activity with Richmond Weekday Projects
Activity date: Wednesday 25th March 2026
Start time: 10:00
Finish time: 16:00
We will be working to manage vegetation in the newly cleared glades and pathways. Mereway Nature Park is a greenspace managed for biodiversity by Richmond Council. We will work to remove bramble roots from the new glade/paths to reduce future scrub encroachment. The new glades will provide habitat diversity in this greenspace, and will be a hotspot for pollinators and people alike. This site is always rife with rubbish, so there will be plenty of opportunity to litter pick.
Meet in Mereway Nature Park, next to the Kingfisher Bridge, at 10am. Closest street address is 1a Austin Road, Twickenham. Look for the TCV van. What3words meeting point:///fool.with.orders
