Activity description

Join us for an nature walk specially-designed for children of all ages. Spot the birds that live in our park, take a closer look at them with our binoculars, and fill in a spotter sheet along the way. We’ll show you other clues to look for when you can’t spot the birds and have fun learning interesting facts about our feathery friends. Sessions start at 11 am and 2 pm – we recommend arriving on time to make the most of the experience. Children’s trail and quiz also available all day to enjoy at your leisure. Free sessions between 11 am-12 pm and 2-3 pm.

What3words: ---cover.drain.prom br>Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is made up of four acres of freshwater habitat, made up of two lakes surrounded by marshland that supports a wide range of bird and insect species. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.

Sessions open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times; younger children may require more support from their adults. Please dress for the weather.
