Women’s Nature Wellbeing Club invites you to discover the symbolism of nature and wildlife in dreams with a friendly, relaxing walk. Join us for a wildlife-spotting session combined with a creative element, in which you will make your personalised dream catcher to take home. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.
