Activity description

Get ready for summertime with Women’s Wellbeing Club. Join us for this June session to practice grounding in the here and now through discovering the park and letting your inner child enjoy playing with sand. You will create a beautiful decoration with a secret message to take home. This session is free, but booking is essential as only 10 spaces are available. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.

Meet us at the gatehouse at 11.30 am The club is only for women aged 16 and over. Come prepared for the weather, as part of the activity takes place outdoors, with a gentle walk in nature.
