Take part in Butterfly Conservation's Big Butterfly Count at Park Lane Nature Reserve. This lovely local wildlife site has a range of grassland, woodland and scrub that make it an ideal place for all kinds of insects. We will upload our observations to the national survey into the state of our butterfly population.
Meet at Park Drive, Tiptree, at 10.30. This is a residential street, so there is limited parking. Please be considerate! Pick up from Britannia car park in Colchester at 10a.m. Pick up can also be arranged from Asda in Tiptree. Contact Michael if you want to be picked up.
