Dulwich Upper Wood is managed as a local Nature Reserve and as a recreational/educational resource for the community, the tasks asks vary with the season, ranging from fencing to coppice management, tree work and glade care.

Dulwich Upper Wood is managed by the The Conservation Volunteers as a local nature reserve, educational facility, research area and a place of recreation, with grant aid from the London Borough of Southwark.
