Activity description

Join us and learn more about this traditional tool used for farming and conservation tasks. We will be scything the wildflower meadow to prepare to sow seeds for the next year. Please contact the project officer before the session to register interest.

Meeting place

Davy Down Visitor centre, RM16 5UL. If you are travelling from Colchester, meet Michael at the cemetery at 9.45 or on Crouch Street, opposite the King's Arms at 10.00.
