Meeting place

If you would like a lift to the site in our minibus, meet at the corner of Queens Road & Brazen Gate, by the traffic lights next to big Sainsbury's car park, opposite Norwich bus station [ what3words: single.affair.robe ] at 10am. Transport also available from near UEA at 9.15am by arrangement. Or you can join us on site, there is no need to book, just meet us at the Bure Valley Railway car park, Aylsham Station, Norwich Road, Aylsham, NR11 6BW. [ what3words: pats.talents.refuse ] We will be arriving there at approx 10.35am.

Site description

A long-distance path running through the glorious and tranquil scenic Bure Valley, with the steam trains puffing alongside occasionally! A very popular walking and cycling route, but becoming overgrown and thus too narrow in places. Cutting back will allow people to visit this lovely area in a sustainable manner, as well as protecting areas of wildflower meadow.

There are usually spaces available on our minibus, so it is fine to just turn up without letting us know you are coming. However, if you are coming from a long distance into Norwich, you can make sure of a place on the minibus if you wish: please book via mark.webster@tcv.org.uk / 07740 899 691 WC in station buildings.
