Natural flood management in the Powdermill catchment to reduce flood risk through Crowhust and out to sea. Join us in Winter 2026/27 as we pick up again where we left off last winter - creating leaky dams in Mansers Shaw. We will be doing (roughly) every other Thursday in the Battle area, rotating locations sometimes according to project progress and flood management advice from the High Weald Partnership. Please get in touch to book on and confirm meeting point.
Meet 9.30m at our office on Fearon Road or 10am on site.

Partnership with High Weald National Landscape. Leaky dams are a natural flood management technique to slow water down upstream of flood risk areas. They do this by creating pools and puddles where they don't do any harm.
