Further info

Fleet Electrical Sub-Station, Rye Common Ln, Farnham GU10 5RT We have a new National Grid site to the south of Fleet where we will be clearing an area for a wildflower meadow that is overgrown. The site includes an area of ancient woodland, and is mostly derelict coppice along with rides in various stages of development under the pylons. Directions: At the end of Rye Common Lane take the left fork and drive through the gates. Follow the road round a short way and then park on the right-hand side where there’s a gate and a small lay-by. If you get to buildings or an open area you’ve gone too far, just turn round and retrace your steps. You’ll see one of our TCV vehicles there when you arrive. Lifts may be available - please contact me at jan.trchalik@tcv.org.uk.
