Activity description

It's time to celebrate International Dawn Chorus Day. Join us before the city awakes (6:30 am) and enjoy the tranquillity of our Ecology Park. You will learn about the birds that visit our park and listen to their songs during a peaceful and inspiring birdwatching tour led by local bird experts and volunteers. The early bird gets the worm, they say. Tea and a light breakfast will be provided at the end of the guided tour for our participants.

What3words: ---cover.drain.prom br>Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park is made up of four acres of freshwater habitat, made up of two lakes surrounded by marshland that supports a wide range of bird and insect species. Around the edge of the park there is a small woodland area that is dominated by Alder trees, which thrive in waterlogged areas.
