The primary requirement of the role is to deliver a program of tree planting and Employee Action Days, providing volunteering opportunities for TCV's corporate partners. This will involve preparing resources/materials and planning practical tasks. Leading and supervising groups of corporate volunteers on partner's sites. Engaging with local partners and community groups to develop interesting, meaningful projects for these groups.
The role will require delivery of Employee Action Days predominantly in Edinburgh but also in other areas of Scotland. Successful candidates will work closely with local Senior Project Officers supporting the development of new projects and volunteering opportunities.
Other elements of the role will include but not be limited to health and safety management, including producing risk assessments. You will manage TCV's local resources, including the office, tools, and vehicles also assisting with controlling the project budgets. Part of your role is to engage with appropriate local groups and partners and using online and offline materials to promote TCV's work to new partners and individuals. You will also be responsible for quantifying and ordering materials in line with procurement policies.

A full, clean or near clean UK driving licence is required for this post, which has been held for a minimum of one year.
