Project Assistant – Acorn Farm

Location: Derry/Londonderry

Salary: £9,288.44 per annum (£23,221.10 FTE)

Hours: 14 per week (part time)

Contract Type: Permanent

About the role

The main activities will include the following:

1) Manage incoming and outgoing communications and greet visitors.
2) Provide administrative support for Acorn Farm Project including e-mails, phone calls and texting Acorn Farmers.
3) Help to create and send newsletters to Acorn Farmers using Mailchimp.
4) Produce documents using, Microsoft Office applications.
5) Help with organising events for Acorn Farmers.
6) Complete procurement activities.

Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in administration, office management and use of IT. Experience of working with volunteers and the public is also helpful.
