We meet every week to grow food and flowers, to chat and enjoy each others company while getting some gentle exercise. A great group to boost your mood! This activity is suitable for all sections of the adult community, even if you have a mild to moderate health condition (please check with your doctor for specific advice on your condition). No previous experience is needed, and if you are in a wheelchair or can't bend, don't worry, because we have raised beds! Please get in touch with Ben before coming along, and he will book you on :)
