This group meets every Wednesday afternoon to take carer of the Wildlife gardens and conservation areas in the grounds of Hollybush Conservation Centre, to increase the biodiversity of the site. A variety of management techniques used including growing plants from seed & propagation, and planting and providing homes for wildlife. TCV are visiting the land surrounding Frodsham Substation every Thursday (and some other days too) to look after the woodlands around the site. We will be cutting brash, brambles and small trees, building dead hedges, creating and maintaining pathways and much more! Jump in the van from Lime Street at 9:30 or meet at the site entrance at 10:20 for a full day of volunteering fun! We will provide all tools and equipment, you just need to dress appropriately and bring a packed lunch. Tea and biscuits are provided.
