This is a five week course which runs every Monday from 10th June to 8th July 2024 from 10.00am to 4.00pm <br>It is well documented that taking part in creative activities and learning new skills can support positive mental health and wellbeing. <br>The advanced practical and creative techniques and skills learnt on this course will support your positive mental health and wellbeing. Learn how to safely work with wood and design, hand build, and decorate a useful box for yourself or others. <br>After the course you could enrol on other wood or nature wellbeing focussed courses and learn further mindful artistic skills and techniques. <br>This course is FREE if you are in receipt of certain income related benefits; work full-time (37.5hrs a week) and earn below ã21,225; It is ã37.50 for those over state pension age and in receipt of state pension. Otherwise contact us for course fees. We will help you set up a Google Classroom account, to give you access to bonus course materials.<br>
