    Fridays 11.00am, meet in the foyer of the De La Warr Pavilion, walking east towards Galley Hill or west with a loop around Egerton Park. The routes are fairly flat and even so they are manageable for most people, including wheelchairs, buggies or mobility scooters. This walk takes a bit less than an hour, with lots of points or sit down and take a break or make the walk shorter.
