    Food growing and gardening tasks. Each week will vary depending on what needs doing, but can include seed sowing, planting out, watering, composting, weeding, construction of raised beds and garden signs. Tasks are suitable for all abilities. We take a break at around 12.30pm with hot drinks, biscuits and fruit provided.

    Join us every FIRST and THIRD Wednesday of the month at our Chatham Place Green Gym in Northfield. We are a friendly and welcoming group who love to grow our own food in a relaxed environment, whilst enjoying our time in the communal garden, and making new friends. No previous experience is required and all tools are provided. Chatham Place and the communal garden is fully accessible, and has on site accessible toilets. There is also space for indoor activities, which we use during bad weather to ensure we can all enjoy gardening and growing our own food all year round!

We are a friendly and welcoming group who love to grow our food, and help provide a space where our local wildlife can thrive. We have a variety of different species on site, including a large variety of butterflies in the spring and summer and different birds from woodpeckers to blue tits. No previous experience is required and all tools are provided.
